Heart is such a hands on Manager. Very friendly and she makes you feel at ease. She makes it a point to remember your drink order if youre a regular. Always nice to see her, I know theres always a smile underneath that mask.
The whole staff here is new from the last 4 months on....seems like employees come and go here so it makes since why the workers were so slow 2 months ago you figure they just got broken in...as for the one who waited in line for 20 minutes ...
Coffee was great. Service was quick for once. Every other Starbucks we have gone to we wait so long for our drinks and we order on the app, but not this one. And even gave us some milk for my sons bottle.
